Microsoft CRM 4 Knowledgebase

The knowledge base in Microsoft CRM allows you to create a database of solutions to problems encountered by your customers or even internally within your own organisation. It then allows you to search the database and/or email the solution to a customer or colleague.

The video tutorial link below takes you through setting up a knowledge base article which can then be used for solutions to customer care incidents or internal FAQ’s plus how to send the solution out via email.
