At GCC innova we have, as you might expect, many people with many technical qualifications. But equally importantly we have people with business skills and business processes. We have people with many years experience of business process skills, people with qualifications such as chartered accountancy and MBA degrees - in short people who know how to get things done.

Most importantly we have people with real world experience of both IT systems and running businesses. To make sure we keep these skills (technical and commercial) up to date we have a comprehensive, continuous, training programme for every single employee.
