The GCC innova support service is designed primarily for customers who don't have an extensive expert in-house IT support function (or at least don't want that in-house investment) and who prefer to focus management energies elsewhere.

  5. On-site services - sometimes we need to be on site - whether it's servers with a UK wide 4 hour call-out service capability, or just to be on site so everyone can see that the IT systems are being managed and maintained.
