When Gloucestershire-based Wood Energy needed a new IT system, they wanted it fast. The biomass heating & renewables specialist was setting-up operations from scratch in an entirely new location and time was of the essence. Wood Energy chose GCC as their business partner to specify and support a new IT system and to manage the transition and transfer of records from the previous IT system which was deeply embedded within a large multinational organisation. The company is now fired up for growth and is delivering against its continued ambitious growth plans.

Chamberlains Nurseries was under pressure from a key customer to provide electronic order transaction capability. In order to deliver this, and other system benefits, the GCC innova IT system upgrade included hardware, software and Sage 200 customisation elements all integrated into a single source solution. Since completion the business has not only retained its key customer and seen business volumes grow, but has achieved a project ROI of less than six months.

Chipping Campden School are now a Co Ed Academy having changed status on the 1st August 2011. The school includes a 6th form and 1130 pupils. Since becoming academy status there was a requirement for an assets register which wasn’t needed as a foundation school, and Steve Donnachie wanted an integrated solution rather than a manual system.

Lincoln Castle Academy was originally using Iris Exchequer. Additional and flexible budgeting requirements prompted the need for either an upgrade of Iris Exchequer or a move to Sage 200. Lincoln Castle Academy had prior knowledge and expertise with the Sage suite of products in the education sector and had total confidence and trust in Sage 200.
