Summary

Sage 200 has the option to add or remove columns form any list to suit your needs and also export to Excel.

How do I do this?

Firstly, you’ll need to select the list you want to add columns to.

Once you have selected your list, right click on any column, and simply select the fields you want to use, from the list given under the Columns heading.

How to filter and export the data

Now that you have selected the fields that you want to use, you can search, or filter, the data with values that are included on the new column.

Once you do this you can export all the results using the Export All to Excel option.

Additional Information

You can also use the steps above to remove any columns that you don’t use. You’ll just need to de-select the columns, instead of selecting.
