Customer Feedback Questionnaire – We want to hear what you think…

We value our relationship with our customers and are continually striving to enhance the experience we provide.

In February 2023 we will be inviting all our valued customers to participate in a review of the experience we currently provide.

We have asked an organisation called Investor in Customers (IIC) to undertake this review on our behalf.

Who are Investor in Customers?

Investor in Customers carries out independent assessments of organisations, delivering customer feedback around the customer experience that they provide.

They will then interpret these results and make recommendations for improvement.

How will we gather this feedback?

In the next few weeks, you will receive an email from Investor in Customers (IIC) inviting you to complete a web-based questionnaire. 

We would very much appreciate it if you could complete the questionnaire
as we would really value hearing what you think and what you would
like us to do in the future.

We would like to emphasise that:

  • The link provided is personal to you, so please do not forward or share it.
  • The link is safe to follow.
  • Your email data is secure and confidential to IIC (All data is retained for the duration of the assessment only).
  • You can choose to remain anonymous if you wish.
  • The questionnaire will only take a few minutes for you to complete.
  • You may opt-out or unsubscribe at any point should you wish.
