Hosted by GCC, CentrePoint & Draycir, this 45-minute online workshop will demonstrate how the Sage 200 Spindle Add-on software: Spindle Document Management & Purchase Invoice Recognition, can help you better manage your outgoing and incoming documents in Sage 200.

The main focus of this workshop will be to show you how you can automatically capture purchase invoices into Sage 200, with authorisations.

Some of the features we will be showing:

  • Document Distribution
    • Apply more design possibilities to your documents, and enhanced distribution options
    • Automatically attach associated documents, for example when emailing customer statements, why not also send copy invoices with each statement?
  • Document Capture
    • Capture possibilities in latest Sage 200 version
    • Non-sage 200 users can capture documents into a pending tray and can be given access to view certain documents without needing a Sage 200 license
    • Capture documents ‘on-the-go’ associated with records in Sage 200, with the invoice document attached
  • Purchase Invoice Recognition
    • Save time and money by automatically capturing purchase invoice data and posting invoices automatically into Sage 200, with the invoice document attached
    • Matches invoices to purchase orders and GRN’s
    • Includes web-based invoice approvals module with authorisations processes
  • Sage 200 Report Scheduler
    • Schedule any Sage 200 report to automatically send to designated recipients by email
  • Self-Serve
    • Your customers can have a log-on and access their own documents such as copy delivery notes, proof of deliveries, invoices and latest statement
    • Your customers can use this portal to see the latest promotions, see stock levels and place their own orders
