Sicon Documents & Document Automation

This add-on eliminates the need to manually enter invoices: reading the data for you and attaching an electronic copy in Sage against the transaction and supplier. This also eliminates the need for paper storage!

Additional documents can also be stored anywhere within Sage, including the Nominal ledger, SOP, POP, SL, Cashbook and Stock.

You can extend this to make further efficiencies and improvements in your processes, if you currently have a
manual method of approving invoices and payments with Sicon Approvals.

Sicon Approvals

This Sicon Approvals application eliminates the need for either a paper trail, or emails bouncing back and forth, by automating this to be sent out through a web portal / mobile app, which links directly to Sage without the need for a licence.

Approvers then see the electronic attached invoice and can either approve, reject or put the invoice on hold. You can reduce days in supplier payments by speeding up this process.
