Adding pronouns in Microsoft Teams is a straightforward process.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Log In: Start by logging into your Microsoft Teams account using your credentials.

2. Access your Profile: Once logged in, click on your profile picture or your name, usually located in the upper right corner of the screen. This will take you to your profile page.

3. Edit Profile: On your profile page, you should see an option to add Pronouns as displayed below. Click on this option to access the profile editing screen.

4. Update Pronouns: Microsoft 365 typically provides a specific field for pronouns. Enter your pronouns here. For example, you can use “he/him,” “she/her,” “they/them,” or any pronouns you prefer.

5. Save Changes: After adding your pronouns, be sure to save your changes, by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the page.

6. Review and Visibility: Double-check your profile to ensure your pronouns are displayed correctly. Your pronouns should now be visible to your colleagues when they access your profile.
