How do I use live transcription in Microsoft Teams meetings?
The live transcription feature is easy to use within Microsoft Teams.
1. During a meeting click on the ellipses (3 dots) “…” menu at the top of the screen.
2. Then select Start transcription.
3. Once enabled, the feature will transcribe the conversation in real-time, and the transcript will be visible to all participants.
4. Once the meeting has ended you can view the transcript in the meeting’s chat history. Simply click the link in your Teams meeting chat message, or you can click More > Files.
