Multiple call sessions

MXMobile v8 for Android now supports up to two simultaneous calls.

Secure network switchover

Zultys Mobile for Android 8 utilizes a new softphone based on WebRTC technology, enabling additional security and voice encryption.

As a result, whether you’re on the go or switching between different networks, there is now a seamless transition from cellular networks to Wi-Fi and vice versa, so that your call is not dropped or interrupted.

Web chat integration

Agents using this new version of Zultys Mobile for Android are now able to respond to web chat requests.

How do I install or Update the App?

You can download v8 directly from the Google Play Store or select update if you are already using a previous version.
