New version of ZAC for MX Cloud now available!

ZAC (Zultys Advanced Communicator) and its browser-based version WebZAC, allows you to simplify your team’s communication in MX Cloud. You can carry out real-time chat, web conferences, file and screen sharing and much more, all in one workspace.

The recently released update (v8.4.32) to the Windows and MAC OS desktop versions is jam packed with new features and functionality.

What are the key features of the new version of ZAC for MX Cloud?

ZAC isn’t just for making and receiving calls, there are a host of features available to you when the needs arise.

Which devices is ZAC available on?

ZAC is available as a browser-based version, or as an application you can install on your PC. You can use either version depending on your needs or preferences.

WebZAC is available with no downloads from any device that supports a web browser; including tablets and Chromebooks.

There are also the mobile clients, MX Mobile for Android and IOS devices.

How do I upgrade?

To check which version of ZAC you are currently running you can lookout for the version number when first logging into ZAC, or you can click on the three dots to access the settings menu and Click on the About button.

The latest version can be downloaded directly from the Zultys web site  https://www.zultys.com/zac

Just click on the green Download button.

NOTE: When running ZAC 8.2.0 or higher, the Zultys firmware must be v16.0.4 with MX system Patch 16082, or higher, to utilize the ZAC softphone.  You can check the version of your system by browsing to your Zultys’ webpage.
