Want to know who’s logged in to Sage 50?

Summary

There may be times when you’re needing to access an exclusive program request and need to see who is logged in.  Or, you may have a user that appears to be logged in, but they aren’t, and you need to log them out. 

You can view and remove users by completing the steps in this guide.

How do I view the user list?

1. On the menu bar, click Settings, User Management and then click Active Sessions.

How do I remove a user?

1. Open Sage 50cloud Accounts and log on as Manager.

2. Click Settings then click User Management and click Active Sessions.

3. Select the user you want to remove then click Remove.

4. Click Close.

5. If required, click File and Exit to log out.
