Yes, if you need to upgrade you can transition your account to a different plan, such as moving from Office 365 Business to Office 365 Enterprise
Q. Does Office 365 automatically upgrade when a new version is released?
No, once an update is released you are able to postpone upgrading for six months. However, it is an evergreen product, and the automatic upgrade can be enabled.
Q. Can I use Office 365 with Terminal Services (RDS)?
Yes with these Enterprise plans: E3, E4 and Office Pro Plus standalone plan.
Q. Can I mix and match different Office 365 plans?
Yes, as long as the licence usage limitations are not exceeded; for example you can’t have more than 300 users on Business Essentials or Business Premium.
Q. What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If you decide to cancel your Office 365 subscription you can download your data and save it to another location. It is recommended you do this before you cancel, but data associated with your Office 365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.
Q. Does Office 365 work with Windows Vista and Windows XP?
Yes, some functionality is possible. However, we recommend Windows 7 or higher for full functionality.
Q. Is Lync still available with all Office 365 plans?
The Lync client is only included on the Enterprise plans. However, you can download the Lync Basic client application for free via the Microsoft website.
Q. How much storage is available on the Exchange plans?
50GB per user.
Q. Are there any promotions available for Office 365?
