The 'GCC Customer Service Portal' is a space where customers can create and monitor help desk cases. The Customer Service Portal gives visibility of open cases, estimated response times and progress updates.

We encourage all customers to use the ‘GCC Customer Service Portal’ as this is the quickest and most efficient way of logging support cases.  Using the portal will ensure cases are immediately registered and acknowledged by email.

The portal also provides:

  • A bank of 'Frequently asked questions'
  • Knowledge Base articles
  • Training guides
  • Product news and information on the solutions that GCC support
