D365 Business Central/NAV Functional Support Specialist
Dynamics 365 NAV/BC Functional Support Specialist – focussed on NAV/BC, who has spent several recent years in a Microsoft Partner supporting NAV and more recently BC projects. Looking to expand horizons and work with a wide variety of projects.
Key requirements:
- Detailed experience with BC in a support role – i.e. knows the product
- Understanding of key support systems and processes
- Ability to think laterally, solve problems and yet be customer centric
- Gravitas to manage client relationships & resolve issues
We expect all support specialists to be continuously learning and to keep current with MS accreditations, full support for this is given.

Duties
Work as part of our D365 Business Central team.
Champion the BC solution – Support of all aspects of Business Central from core app to popular addons / extensions / apps.
Full understanding of all elements of the BC essentials licence, no manufacturing knowledge required.
