How to use Power BI reporting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Summary

Power BI can be used as a personal reporting tool, and in its simplest form, runs on your PC extracting data from the CRM. However, if published to the cloud, you can, with the right level of licensing, share your reports with your colleagues, and also schedule reports and emails of reports to run automatically.
